What is EMS?
EMS (Electro Muscle Stimulation) is a method of physical training, created to optimise your full body workout in 20 minutes. EMS is proven to:

We provide tailored programmes to strengthen and tone core muscles and target weight management.
How does it work?
During our everyday life, our muscles are continually stimulated naturally by our bio-electrical impulses. EMS training takes advantage of this by using harmless electrical impulses to boost the level of electrical stimulation given to your muscles during a workout. Mo’s Fitness also offers regular full body composition readings as part of your sessions using the Tanita Pro Body Analyser. The results can be sent to your email so you can keep track of your progress and fine tune your training as you go.
